We called The Plumbing Company to take a look at our exterior hose bib, which was leaking (he had previously installed this hose bib last fall, as we had upgraded to a frost free one). Alex was very quick to respond, booked an appt with us right away, and showed up on time. After inspecting the bib, he noticed that a seal had worn out, showed us the worn seal and explained that it’s likely due to high chlorine levels in our water.
