I called Mark after my existing Nest thermostat fell off the wall for my tenants (for the 4th time!). Turns out the pins were damaged. Mark came out and installed a new thermostat within 24 hours of me calling him, and this was just 2 days after Christmas! He was fast, efficient and the communication was consistent. He made sure my tenants didn't have to go another day without heat. I would definitely call Mark again and highly recommend him.
