In May 2023, we had a roof leak after the first heavy rain. Markelangelo's managed to get here sooner than we thought they'd be able to and after a brief time, they fixed the entire problem. Today they replaced our skylight. They came right when they said they would and did a really nice job. We are very happy with this new skylight.<br>Now in Nov. 2025, we had water coming into the dryer exhaust, once again, Markelangelo's sent someone to check it out and withing a week, they sent two really fr
