Waking up in the middle of the night with a newborn crying because the house was cold isn’t a fun experience. Trying to figure out how furnaces work in the middle of the night may be worse. From the moment I called his demeanour was comforting. He showed up shortly after, fixed the issue, and did it all with a smile. Lovely guy. I feel lucky I connected with him when I didn’t know who to call. Strongly recommend
