Technician (Brandon) performed a complete plumbing systems inspection and provided a verbal report responding to all questions. Following that he moved on to the "job at hand." This involved moving his equipment through the house to the basement and then power augering the affected drain. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the area was left as clean as when the Technician arrived. My drains are now functioning as expected.<br>Brandon was polite, professional and respectful
