I had what I thought was a roof leak, so I called on a Thursday to have someone make an assessment. After a small miscommunication, the tradesman from Forest City came the following Monday. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need, advised me to gently approach the builder of my home to see if the problem could be remedied.
