Cullen Plumbing arrived promptly at my door and quickly determined that the nut on the main valve needed tightening. That done, the leaking stopped.<br>Why not five stars. Because the cost was $140. + tax and when I asked, as a senior on a fixed income, if Cullen Plumbing offered a discount for seniors, the response I received was, “The invoice you have received is the total unfortunately.”
