We would definitely recommend Austin. He did a bunch of work for our legal secondary unit. From installing duct smoke detector, zoning for a two story house because of substantial temperature differences between each floor level, tightening up our previous HVAC vents so that we could have smaller bulkheads where it was possible, bath fan and duct work, range hood duct, and install a furnace condensing pump so that we didn’t have to have rigid 1.5” plastic piping lay on our basement floor-rather
